Thank you for applying to CSUDH. CSUDH receives thousands of applications during the application period. Over the next few months, special attention will be given to reviewing each application. Admission decisions will be emailed to you and available on MyCSUDH, the campus portal.

Denied Admissions - Admission decisions are based on the evaluation of the information reported on your Cal State Apply admission application, and/or received academic records. If you want to appeal the admission decision, please visit csudh.edu/admissionappeals for information about the appeals process.
If additional information is needed to complete your application and make an admissions decision, we will post the items on your To Do List.
To be admitted for Spring 2022, applicants must have met the CSU Admission Transfer requirements by the end of the Summer 2021 term.
Upper division students are eligible for admission to the CSU if they meet the following requirements:
This transfer plan clears all course deficiencies that might have occurred in high school.
*BSN applicants refer to the School of Nursing for additional admission criteria.
If English is not your native language, or you have not had three years (full-time) of your secondary education (or higher) taught in English, you will need to provide proof of your English proficiency. Since most classes are taught in English, you will need to demonstrate your ability to read, write, and speak English. For more information, please review the English Proficiency Requirement.
